At ASC Water & Energy, we are passionate about providing sustainable solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges, such as access to clean water, renewable energy, and reducing carbon emissions. We are proud to offer our concentrated solar power (CSP) solution, which utilizes the sun's energy to generate clean, green electricity, produce fresh water through desalination, and provide green industrial heat.

Our CSP technology works by concentrating sunlight onto a receiver, which converts the solar energy into heat. This heat can then be used to produce electricity through a steam turbine, or to generate steam for industrial processes.
Additionally, our CSP solution includes a desalination system, which utilises the power produced by the CSP to desalinate seawater, providing a sustainable source of fresh water for communities and industries.

Who We Are
David Reavley
CEO
David is an experienced international senior executive involved with technology across office automation, telecommunications and sustainability. A career that has involved extensive international travel to over 60 countries. Passionate about delivering results, drawing on international experience and a hands on style. David is a frequent speaker at conferences, a published author in his industry and a visiting lecturer at University College London.
Ngen is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales. Ngen has served as a Chief Financial Officer for over 10 years and held senior commercial and finance roles. Most recently, 2+ years at Solar Water plc and prior to that, 8+ years at a large agency within WPP. As a person passionate about people and business, he also plays advisory roles to SMEs on growth and funding.
Prof. Ayman Al-Maaitah

Guy is currently COO of ASC Water & Energy, and previously 2 years as COO of Solar Water plc, Guy has started, built, and sold three companies in the UK during the 1990’s, he then joined Cisco Systems and HP in various senior Sales, Strategy and Business Development roles in Europe and Asia.
Ngen Yap
CFO
Prof. Ayman is a multi-awarded engineer, scientist and inventor with international prizes for his work in solar energy from the US, UAE, Jordan and others. He registered more than 14 international patents in the US, European Union, Australia, Japan, China, and GCC, and has designed many innovative projects in solar energy and CSP worldwide. Previously, an academician and ex-research associate in NASA.
